We are looking for an experienced Client Servicing & Business Development professional with 8–12 years of experience in the advertising/creative industry.
The role will involve managing key client accounts, driving account growth, and acquiring new clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients and act as the primary point of contact.
- Understand client business needs and provide strategic advertising, creative, digital, and localization solutions.
- Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expanding existing client relationships.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Lead new business pitches, proposals, presentations, commercial negotiations, and closures.
- Work closely with Creative, Strategy, Digital, Production, and Operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor account revenue, profitability, and business growth against targets.
- Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and identify opportunities for long-term partnerships.
Key Requirements:
- 8-12 years of experience in client servicing, account management, business development, or a combination of these.
- Proven track record of account growth and new client acquisition.
- Experience in an advertising, creative, digital, or integrated marketing agency.
- Strong client relationship management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Should be commercially driven with strong business and revenue ownership.
