Role DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager – Electronic Components & Semiconductor Sales to drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and lead our sales activities.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru .
The role includes managing the complete sales cycle—from customer acquisition and lead generation to RFQs, BOM opportunities, quotations, negotiation, order conversion, and long-term account development .
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales of Electronic Components and Semiconductors .
- Develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Build relationships with OEMs, EMS companies, ODMs,



Design Houses, and Industrial Customers .
- Manage RFQs, BOMs, MPNs, quotations, pricing, negotiations, and order conversion .
- Manage and grow strategic customer accounts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline and sales forecast.
- Lead, mentor, and support the sales team.
- Work closely with sourcing and supplier teams to support customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends, component availability, pricing, lead times, and new business opportunities.

Mandatory ExperienceCandidates must have direct experience in one or more of the following:
