nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Teach Finance and Accounting courses, with expertise in Auditing, Budget Analysis, Financial Accounting, International Accounting, and/or Forensic Accounting.n
- Design and deliver engaging, student-centric learning experiences.n
- Mentor and guide students in academic, research, and internship activities.n
- Develop and continuously enhance course content, curriculum, and teaching methodologies.n
- Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputed peer-reviewed journals.n




- Collaborate with faculty on research, academic initiatives, and interdisciplinary activities.n
- Contribute to departmental and institutional academic development.n

nQualifications & Experience:
n
- n
- Ph.D. in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline from a reputed institution.n
- Strong research orientation with a good publication record.n
- 1–2+ years of teaching experience at a reputed university/business school is desirable.n
- Candidates from Tier-I institutions, including IIMs and leading business schools, will be preferred.n
- Solid communication, teaching, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.n
