nWe are seeking an accomplished Sr. Manager – Interior Design to drive the design vision, strategy, and execution of our premium real estate developments. This role is for a seasoned design qualified who can drive excellence across concept development, design management, stakeholder coordination, project execution, and customer experience.

nAbout the Role
nAs the Sr. Manager - Interior Design, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the interior design strategy across residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, and luxury developments. You will ensure that every project delivers exceptional design quality, functionality, innovation, and commercial value.

- Oversee concept design, schematic design, design development, and execution phases.n
- Review and approve design submissions, layouts, material specifications, and design standards.n
- Ensure consistency of design language across all developments.n

nProject & Execution Excellence

- Collaborate closely with Architecture, Planning, Projects, MEP, Procurement, Sales, Marketing, and CRM teams.n
- Drive design feasibility, value engineering, cost optimization, and constructability reviews.n
- Ensure timely delivery of design milestones and project execution requirements.n
- Consultant & Stakeholder Managementn
- Lead interactions with leading architects, interior consultants, international design firms, and specialist agencies.n
- Manage consultant appointments, design contracts, and performance evaluations.n
- Present
