nWe’re looking for a Client Communications & Conversion Manager who will be responsible for speaking with prospective clients who have already shown interest in Houspire, understanding their requirements, explaining our services clearly, and helping them confidently move from an enquiry to a paid design engagement.
nThis is primarily a warm-lead conversion role, not a cold-calling role. The focus is on excellent client communication, relationship building, structured follow-ups, and conversions.

and other communication channelsn
- Understand each client's home, design requirements, expectations, budget, and concernsn
- Clearly explain Houspire's services, process, deliverables, timelines, and pricingn
- Recommend the most suitable Houspire service/package based on the client's requirementsn
- Build trust with prospective clients and guide them through their decision-making processn
- Handle questions, objections, pricing concerns, and hesitation with patience and confidencen
- Follow up consistently with interested leads without making the interaction feel overly sales-drivenn
- Drive qualified leads towards successful paid conversionsn
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, lead status, and conversionsn
- Re-engage promising leads who have gone inactiven
