nKey Responsibilities:
n
- n
- Oversee complete plant operations, including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Warehouse, and Dispatch.n
- Ensure smooth daily manufacturing flow with high output efficiency, minimal downtime, and timely order fulfilment.n
- Build, upgrade, and enforce SOPs across all departments to ensure consistent, standardised operations.n
- Strengthen quality systems to meet FSSAI, GMP, GHP, HACCP,



and internal Pintola standards.n
- Ensure strict compliance with all food safety, labour, environmental, and statutory regulations.n
- Maintain excellent plant hygiene, documentation practices, audit readiness, and corrective action closures.n
- Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure high machine uptime and reliability.n
- Identify process bottlenecks, implement efficiency-driven solutions, and plan capacity enhancement.n
- Lead and develop multi-level plant teams with focus on training, performance culture, and accountability.n
- Foster strong inter-department coordination for production planning, material management, and forecasting.n
- Analyse operational MIS, daily/weekly dashboards, and present improvements to leadership.n
- Support plant expansion projects, layout improvements, new line setups, and technology upgrades.n
