- Drive Personal Loan sales through customer acquisition and lead conversion.n
- Generate leads through field visits, references and assigned leads.n
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.n
- Build strong customer relationships and follow up on leads.n
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.n
n Candidate Profile

- 2–3 years of sales experience is mandatory.n
- Experience in field sales, relationship management, retail sales, insurance, telecom, automobile, consumer finance or other target-based sales is relevant.n
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.n
- Comfortable with field sales and sales targets.n
- Willing to build a career in Personal Loan sales .n
- Prior Personal Loan experience is not mandatory. n
