Shift: 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM IST (CET Time Zone)

Experience: 5–8 Years
Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 Years in SAP HCM with solid hands-on experience in SAP ECC HCM, SAP Payroll, and SAP Time Management
Budget: Maximum 30 LPA

REQUIREMENT FOR SENIOR SAP HCM PAYROLL & TIME MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, maintain, and support SAP ECC HCM solutions with primary focus on Payroll and Time Management.
- Work extensively on SAP HCM Payroll processes, including payroll processing, payroll validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.




- Configure and support SAP Time Management processes including work schedules, absences, attendances, time quotas, and time evaluation.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into appropriate SAP HCM functional solutions.
- Support end-to-end Payroll and Time Management business processes for worldwide/global operations.
- Configure and maintain Payroll schemas, Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs), wage types, payroll areas, and payroll-related processes.
- Support payroll simulation, payroll runs, retroactive accounting, payroll reconciliation, and payroll error analysis.
- Work on Time Evaluation, work schedules, attendance, absence management, overtime, and time quota processes.
- Ensure proper integration between Personnel Administration, Time Management, and Payroll.
- Support integration of SAP HCM with third-party HR, payroll, and time-management systems.
- Work on SAP interfaces, IDocs, inbound/outb
