Yuma is seeking a dynamic and results-driven City Manager for Hyderabad, responsible for driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence across the region.The ideal candidate will have a robust entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional

Key Responsibilities
Business Strategy & Growth:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand Yuma’s footprint across Hyderabad.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams within the region.
- Drive city and regional business performance with a focus on key metrics such as revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

P&L; Management:
- Own the P&L; for Hyderabad operations and ensure financial targets are met across multiple city units.
- Optimize costs while maintaining high operational efficiency and top-quality service.
- Monitor regional financial data, tracking market-level KPIs, and make data-driven strategic decisions.

Operations Management:




- Oversee end-to-end operations across logistics, supply chains, and customer experience for Hyderabad.
- Establish scalable processes and implement best practices for efficiency and consistency across cities.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies in the region.

Team Leadership:
- Build, mentor, and lead multi-city, cross-functional teams across business development, operations, and support.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Set regional goals and align them with the overarching organizational vision.

Market Analysis s Expansion:
- Conduct thorough regional market research to understand customer preferences, competitor moves, and industry shifts.
