nSUMMARY

nThe Dean shall provide strategic academic leadership and shall be responsible for driving academic excellence, curriculum development, teaching-learning excellence, faculty development, research, industry engagement, student success, regulatory compliance while fostering a culture of innovation, creativity, collaboration, continuous institutional development, ensuring alignment with the vision, mission, ethos and strategic objectives of Apeejay Education Society.

nAcademic Leadership & Institutional Vision

- Ensure alignment of all academic initiatives with the vision, mission, philosophy and values of Apeejay Education Society.n
- Foster a culture of academic excellence, innovation, creativity and interdisciplinary learning.n




- Identify emerging opportunities in Fine Arts, Design, Visual Arts, Digital Arts and other creative disciplines.n
- Lead strategic academic planning and institutional development initiatives.n
- Support the Principal and Management on academic strategy and future academic growth.n

nAcademic Governance & Administration

- Provide academic leadership to all academic departments.n
- Ensure effective implementation of the Academic Calendar.n
- Oversee academic planning and scheduling.n
- Monitor teaching-learning processes.n
- Ensure academic discipline and quality standards.n
- Review departmental academic performance.n
- Coordinate academic meetings and review mechanisms.n
- Guide Heads of Departments in academic planning and execution.n
