Lead Generation / Sales Executiven

nSalary: Negotiable, depending on experience + performance incentives

nWe are looking for an experienced and driven Lead Generation / Sales Executive to join our growing call centre operation in Shillong.
n

nThis is a current role within a developing department, and we are looking for someone who can not only deliver strong individual results but potentially play an important part in building and developing the department as it grows.
n

nFor the right person, there will be a genuine opportunity to progress into Team Leader, Management and potentially Senior Management positions as the department expands.
n

The RolenYou will be speaking with UK-based customers, generating and qualifying opportunities and working towards clearly defined performance targets.
n

nThis is a target-driven position, so we are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, commercially minded and used to working in a high-performance sales or lead generation environment.

nYou will be expected to:

- Speak confidently and professionally with UK customersn
- Generate and qualify leads in line with company requirementsn
- Consistently work towards and exceed individual targets and KPIsn
- Build rapport quickly and communicate clearly with customersn
- Maintain accurate customer records and call notesn

- Contribute ideas and feedback as we develop and grow the departmentn
