nJob Summary
nWe are looking for an experienced ServiceNow CMDB / CSDM Technical Lead with 6–10+ years of overall ITSM/ITOM experience, including 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow CMDB experience.
nThe ideal candidate will have solid expertise in CMDB architecture, CSDM, Configuration Management, ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, data governance, and enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations. The role will be responsible for leading CMDB architecture, CSDM adoption, data quality, governance, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

nKey Responsibilities

- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise-scale ServiceNow CMDB solutions.n
- Define and govern CMDB architecture, CI classes, attributes, relationships, service models, and CI lifecycle management.n
- Drive CSDM adoption and ensure alignment between Business Applications, Business Services, Technical Services,



and CMDB data structures.n
- Establish and maintain CMDB/CSDM governance frameworks, standards, data models, and best practices.n
- Drive CMDB data quality, completeness, correctness, compliance, and governance initiatives.n
- Design and implement CI lifecycle automation using REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow workflows.n
- Ensure CMDB alignment with ITIL Configuration Management practices and ITOM capabilities.n
- Provide technical leadership for Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management.n
- Establish accurate service-to-infrastructure relationships and end-to-end service visibility using CSDM principles.n
- Integrate CMDB data from multiple enterprise sources and ensure data consistency and integrity.n
