About the Role nBuildAmbit is looking for an Inside Sales Intern to join our Sales team for a 6-month internship.
nThe role will focus on pre-sales, lead engagement, counselling, follow-ups, and supporting the sales team in converting prospective learners into customers . This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in Sales, Business Development, and EdTech.
Key Responsibilities n

- Connect with prospective learners through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels .n
- Understand learner requirements, career goals, and interests.n
- Explain BuildAmbit's programs, course structure, perks, eligibility, and admission process.n
- Qualify leads based on interest, eligibility,



requirement, and intent .n
- Conduct initial counselling and address learner queries and objections.n
- Follow up consistently with prospects and move leads through the sales funnel.n
- Schedule counselling calls, demos, and meetings with the Sales team wherever required.n
- Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up activities in the CRM.n
- Achieve defined daily and monthly activity and conversion targets .n
- Coordinate with Admissions, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure a smooth enrolment journey.n
- Share learner feedback and common objections with the team to improve the pre-sales process.n

- Graduate or pursuing graduation in BBA, B.Com, B.Com (Hons.), or any relevant discipline .n
