- Provide L2 support for network incidents and service requestsn
- Troubleshoot routing, switching, wireless, and load balancer issuesn
- Configure and maintain F5 BIG-IP (VIPs, pools, basic configs)n
- Manage Cisco Nexus Switches (VLANs, vPC, trunking)n
- Support DHCP/DNS services and resolve IP-related issuesn
- Handle wireless controller configurations and user connectivity issuesn
- Monitor network health and escalate critical incidentsn
