We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director in our Primary Sales (Residential) vertical. We are seeking a dynamic sales leader with a proven track record of driving high-volume residential sales, building high-performing teams, and developing sales strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities: Build and execute a robust Sales/GTM strategy for our residential business, with a strong focus on market penetration, sales growth and revenue achievement. Own the overall sales numbers, revenue and key business KPIs across the customer journey, from lead generation and qualification to site visits, negotiations and final booking. Develop city-level sales strategies based on market dynamics, customer segments, project positioning, competition and demand trends.



Work closely with the Leadership Team to provide insights on business growth, market opportunities, sales performance and revenue strategy. Drive lead-to-site visit and site visit-to-booking conversion, identifying bottlenecks and implementing interventions to improve overall funnel efficiency. Build, hire, train and lead a high-performing team of Cluster Heads, Sales Managers and Sales Executives across multiple cities/markets. Coach and mentor the sales leadership team on sales pitch, customer handling, negotiation, objection handling and deal closure. Establish transparent weekly, monthly and annual sales objectives and review performance regularly to identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
