n1. Job Purpose
n
nThe Project Manager – Operations will be responsible for end-to-end execution and successful completion of solar EPC projects, ensuring that projects are delivered within agreed timelines, approved budgets, quality standards and safety requirements.
n
nThe role will act as the central coordination point between management, engineering, procurement, site teams, subcontractors, vendors and customers.

n1. Key Responsibilities
n
nA. Project Planning & Execution
n
n* Take complete ownership of assigned solar projects from project handover to commissioning and closure.
n* Prepare project execution plans, schedules and milestone trackers.
n* Plan manpower, materials, equipment and subcontractor requirements.




n* Ensure project activities are executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications and timelines.
n* Monitor daily/weekly progress against planned targets.
n* Identify project delays and implement corrective actions.
n
nB. Site Operations
n
n* Supervise and coordinate site engineers, supervisors, technicians and subcontractors.
n* Ensure proper execution of:
n* Module installation
n* MMS/structure installation
n* DC works
n* AC works
n* Inverter installation
n* Earthing & lightning protection
n* Cable laying & termination
n* LT/HT works
n* Transformer/HT panel works
n* SCADA/monitoring systems
n* Testing & commissioning
n* Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution issues.

nC. Manpower & Subcontractor Management
n
n* Allocate manpower according to project requirements.
n* Monitor productivity and utilization of manpower.
n* Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with agreed scope, rates and timelines.
