Role Overview

The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data to help stakeholders make informed business decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience with contemporary BI tools, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Reporting
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
- Identify trends, patterns,



and business insights from structured and unstructured data.
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and business performance.
- Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendations for business improvement.

Business Intelligence
- Design and maintain Power BI, Tableau, or Looker dashboards.
- Create automated reporting solutions for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Develop visualizations that communicate insights effectively.

Data Management
- Validate data quality and ensure accuracy across systems.
- Create and maintain data dictionaries and documentation.
- Work closely with engineering teams to optimize data collection and storage processes.

Customer Analytics
- Analyze customer behavior and business processes.
- Support AI automation initiatives by identifying automation opportunities using data.
- Generate insights to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
