Job Title: Pre‑Sales Consultant

nRole Summary
n
nAs a Pre‑Sales Consultant at Droidal you will be the technical and domain expert who
ndemonstrates how our agentic AI solves real RCM problems. You will act as the
ntechnical bridge between Droidal.ai’s product engineering and sales teams: translating
ncustomer needs into product capabilities, shaping the scope, and ensuring a smooth
nhandover from sales to delivery so pilots convert into production. You will engage
nhealthcare finance and IT stakeholders, design targeted solutions, and translate
nbusiness outcomes into implementation plans that drive product adoption and deal
nclosures.
nKey Responsibilities
n• Serve as the technical bridge between Sales and Product Engineering: translate
ncustomer requirements into actionable product/engineering work items, prioritize
nfeasibility, and communicate engineering constraints back to sales.
n• Partner with Sales and Product to qualify opportunities and map customer pain
npoints to Droidal’s agentic RCM capabilities.




n• Lead discovery sessions with revenue cycle leadership, billing managers, clinical
ncoders, and IT to gather workflows, data sources, KPIs, and success criteria.
n• Build and run rapid demos that use de‑identified or representative payer/provider
ndatasets to prove ROI and clinical‑financial impact.
n• Prepare technical proposals, scope documents, effort estimates, success
nmetrics, and go‑to‑pilot plans.
n• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with healthcare-specific technical content, compliance
nevidence, and deployment timelines.
n• Present to technical and executive audiences, articulating how agentic AI
nreduces operational burden and improves financial metrics.
n• Support risk assessment discussions (data security, PHI handling) and provide
ntechnical controls and privacy‑by‑design explanations.
n• Coordinate handover to Delivery with comprehensive knowledge transfer;
nsupport early implementation phases to ensure de
