n About the Role
nThis is a hands-on sales Team Leader role for someone who understands that great sales come from a combination of people, process, persistence and sharp client communication .
nYou will be responsible for building the sales team, setting the pace, driving individual and collective targets, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

n Key Responsibilities

n Team Building & Leadership
n
- n
- Hire, onboard and build a high-performing sales team.n
- Set individual and team-wise sales targets and KPIs.n
- Train and mentor team members on prospecting, pitching, follow-ups and conversions.n
- Monitor daily/weekly sales activity and maintain solid sales discipline.n
- Identify performance gaps and take corrective action quickly.n

n Sales & Business Development
n
- n




- Drive the team towards achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.n
- Develop and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.n
- Personally handle key prospects and high-value conversions.n
- Build relationships with decision-makers across businesses and industries.n
- Assist in developing effective sales pitches for Sustainability, ESG, EPR, Carbon Accounting, Reporting and related consulting services.n

n Remote Sales Management
n

- Demonstrate the ability to manage and motivate a sales team remotely.n
- Establish structured reporting, review and follow-up mechanisms.n
- Use CRM, dashboards, calls and virtual meetings effectively to maintain visibility on team performance.n
- Create a culture of accountability without constant physical supervision.n
