Job Title: Unreal Artist (Arch-Viz) Experience: 6 months - 2 years CTC Budget: 20k-30K per month Job Summary: We are looking for a talented Unreal Artist to create high-quality real-time visualizations, interactive experiences, and immersive environments using Unreal Engine. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of lighting, materials, rendering, optimization, and architectural visualization workflows. Key Responsibilities * Create high-quality real-time environments and visual experiences using Unreal Engine. * Import, optimize, and manage 3D assets from 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Blender, or other modeling software. * Develop realistic lighting, materials, shaders, and visual effects. * Create architectural walkthroughs, virtual tours, interactive presentations, and immersive experiences. * Collaborate with Interior Designers, Architects, 3D Artists, and Technology Teams to translate design concepts into real-time experiences. * Optimize scenes and assets to ensure smooth performance across different platforms. * Set up cameras, animations,



sequences, and cinematic presentations. * Troubleshoot technical and visual issues during project development. * Stay updated with Unreal Engine features, rendering technologies, and industry trends. Candidate Profile * Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Animation, Architecture, Interior Design, Game Design, Multimedia, Computer Graphics, or related field. * 2 years of experience working with Unreal Engine. * Experience in Architectural Visualization, Real Estate Visualization, Virtual Production, Gaming, or Interactive Experiences preferred. * Understanding of lighting, rendering, materials, shaders, and optimization techniques. * Experience in creating realistic environments and architectural visualizations. * Knowledge of real-time rendering workflows. * Good understanding of composition, color, and visual storytelling. * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. * Hands-on experi
