nRole Overview
nWe are looking for an experienced Project Lead – Senior Associate to lead the design coordination and project execution of a large-scale commercial project. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in project leadership, BIM/ACC-based project delivery, consultant coordination, and execution, with a proven track record of successfully completed projects.
nKey Responsibilities

- Lead and manage large-scale commercial projects from design development through execution.n
- Take overall responsibility for project coordination, delivery, timelines, and quality.n
- Lead project coordination across architectural, structural, MEP, and other disciplines.n
- Manage and coordinate multiple sub-consultants, ensuring timely deliverables and resolution of design issues.n
- Drive project workflows using BIM and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).n




- Review and monitor BIM coordination and model-based project delivery.n
- Ensure effective communication between the client, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.n
- Identify project risks, coordination challenges, and potential delays, and proactively address them.n
- Monitor project deliverables against agreed timelines and quality standards.n
- Support design development, documentation, coordination, and execution-related activities.n
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams and ensure effective collaboration across disciplines.n
- Participate in client meetings, design reviews, coordination meetings, and project discussions.n
