nWe are looking for an experienced B2B Sales / Business Development professional with strong exposure to the Plastic Masterbatch industry to expand our customer base and grow our specialty chemical business.

n Key Responsibilities:
n
- n
- Develop and expand business with Plastic Masterbatch manufacturers across India n
- Identify new customers and generate business opportunitiesn
- Manage and grow existing key customer accountsn
- Promote ICC's Titanium Dioxide, Carbon Black and Specialty Chemical portfolion




- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate commercial solutionsn
- Generate enquiries, prepare quotations and negotiate commercial termsn
- Follow up on opportunities and drive orders to closuren
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics and internal teams for smooth order executionn
- Maintain robust relationships with customers and identify opportunities for account growthn
- Monitor industry trends, customer requirements and competitor activityn
- Achieve assigned sales and business development objectivesn

n What We're Looking for:

- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales / business development experience n
- Existing network within the Plastic Masterbatch industry n
- Strong understanding of customer development and account managementn
- Excellent communication and negotiation skillsn
- Strong commercial orientation and relationship-building abilitiesn
- Target-driven and self-motivated approachn
- Understanding of polymers, pigments
