This role involves leading and managing sales initiatives and service delivery within the Microfinance and Individual Banking (MFIB) segment. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by developing robust client relationships, ensuring high-quality service standards, and implementing effective sales strategies tailored to the financial needs of micro and small enterprises. Responsibilities:-

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets within the MFIB segment.
Manage and nurture relationships with microfinance clients and individual banking customers to maximize customer retention and satisfaction.
