A rapid-scaling consumer products company in the soft plush manufacturing and retail sector, we design, source, and deliver high-quality stuffed toys, decorative plush, and licensed character merchandise for global brands and e-commerce platforms. Our merchandising team drives product lifecycle strategy—from concept to shelf—ensuring commercial viability, cost efficiency, and on-trend execution across domestic and international markets. We’re seeking a Merchandiser Manager to architect our product assortment, optimize supplier partnerships, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class plush collections. Role & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end merchandising for soft plush categories: forecast demand, plan assortments, and align product development with seasonal trends and brand calendars.
Manage supplier relationships across manufacturing hubs in India and Southeast Asia—negotiate costs, ensure quality compliance, and drive on-time delivery.
Collaborate with design, production, and logistics to translate concept sketches into manufacturable,



margin-positive products with minimal lead time.
Develop and monitor key merchandising KPIs—sell-through rates, markdown efficiency, inventory turns—and adjust buy plans dynamically.
Conduct competitor analysis and market scans to identify gaps, opportunities, and emerging trends in plush and gifting categories.
Lead cross-functional product meetings with marketing, sales, and finance to ensure merchandising strategy aligns with revenue targets.
