Role Description The Manager – Partnerships Maharashtra will lead and nurture strategic partnerships across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and broader Maharashtra to strengthen Antarang’s education-to-employment initiatives. This full-time hybrid role involves in-person work within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, combined with flexibility to work from home for some responsibilities. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and onboarding recent institutional, corporate, and government partners, managing existing relationships, and ensuring alignment between partner needs and Antarang’s programs. The Manager will coordinate with internal teams to design and execute partnership plans, track and report on outcomes, and support advocacy efforts to build a sustainable employability ecosystem. The role also includes representing Antarang at meetings and events, preparing proposals and presentations, and supporting fundraising and program expansion through robust partner engagement.
