n? Domain: Financial Services- (Private Equity/Hedge fund/fund of funds)

n? What We’re Looking For
n✅ Strong experience in US Federal Taxation / Partnership Taxation
n✅ Hands-on experience with Form 1065
n✅ Experience reviewing/preparing partnership tax returns and supporting workpapers
n✅ Solid understanding of K-1 / K-2 / K-3
n✅ Experience in the relevant domain – (Private Equity/Hedge fund/fund of funds)
n✅ Exposure to US clients and/or global counterparts
n✅ Experience with tax planning, research, compliance and identifying tax issues
n✅ CA / CPA / Enrolled Agent would be an added advantage
