Role Overview
We are looking for a Project Planner cum Estimator who can independently manage project planning, estimation, BOQ preparation, costing, scheduling and commercial coordination for interior design and build projects.
The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of commercial interiors, construction activities, quantities, material specifications, labour productivity, project scheduling and costing.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Scheduling




Prepare detailed project schedules from project commencement to handover.
Develop WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and activity-wise execution plans.
Prepare project programmes using Rdash / Excel.
Plan manpower, materials, equipment and subcontractor requirements.
Establish activity-wise timelines and project milestones.
Track planned vs. actual progress and identify delays.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Designers, Procurement and vendors.
Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports.
Identify critical activities and highlight potential project risks and delays.
Prepare recovery plans wherever projects are behind schedule.
Estimation & BOQ
Prepare detailed BOQs, quantity take-offs and cost estimates for commercial interior projects.
Study architectural, interior, MEP and structural drawings and specifications.
