Role Overview We are seeking a energetic, operationally focused Principal to lead the administration, growth, and holistic development of our school. Under our specialized leadership structure, the Principal is entirely relieved of day-to-day academic management—which is spearheaded by a dedicated Academic Head. School Administration & Operations * Take complete ownership of the school’s overall administration and daily operations. * Lead and coordinate non-academic and support staff to ensure the smooth functioning of the institution. * Maintain a highly disciplined, positive, and safe school environment for all students and staff. 2.
