nBachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) with relevant experience in Large Scale Commercial Architectural projects and Corporate Fit-outs. Strong academic background from premier architectural institutes will be an added advantage.

- Support and lead design management for Green Building Architecture, Campus Master Planning, and Corporate Fit-out Projects.n
- Manage the full design cycle -Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design, and GFC - ensuring design intent, quality, and coordination.n
- Review and optimize drawings, BOQs, and specifications across Architecture, Civil, and Interior works.n
- Oversee material selection, finish schedules, and project-specific detailing for both interior and exterior works.n
- Periodically update standards and specifications in line with emerging trends and codes (NBC, ECBC, IGBC, USGBC/LEED,



and internal sustainability guidelines).n
- Coordinate and integrate the design output effectively with consultants, PMC, contractors, and internal teams (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, FPS, AV, Lighting, etc.) to ensure smooth project delivery.n
- Conduct regular site reviews to identify and resolve design gaps, maintaining alignment with approved drawings.n
- Manage other campus infrastructure–related design tasks as needed.n
- Track progress, flag risks early, and support timely completion of key deliverables.n
- Explore and integrate new materials, technologies, workplace strategies, and sustainability-focused solutions.n
- Ensure strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder alignment across all project stages.n
- Robust project management, coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.n
