We’re looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1–2 years of sales experience who is confident, energetic, target-driven, and passionate about building client relationships.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:-

Generate & Convert Business:-
- Connect with prospective clients through leads, calls, referrals, networking, and other business development activities.
- Understand client requirements and identify relevant solutions.
- Manage leads from the first interaction to successful closure.




- Follow up consistently and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Build Strong Client Relationships:-
- Interact with HNIs, entrepreneurs, investors, and prospective clients professionally.
- Understand client objectives, concerns, and expectations.
- Build trust through clear communication and personalized consultations.
- Maintain long-term relationships and generate referrals.

Consult & Sell:-
- Conduct client calls, meetings, and presentations.
- Explain immigration and global business opportunities clearly and confidently.
- Handle common client objections and questions.
- Use a consultative approach to understand needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Identify opportunities and confidently move prospects toward closure.

Manage Your Sales Pipeline:-
- Maintain accurate lead and client information in the CRM.
