About the role
Incresco runs three business lines — a technology consulting practice and two product businesses. We are hiring a Chief of Staff to the CEO to own how the company runs across all three.

You report to the CEO. Department heads report to the CEO on their function, and to you on their numbers. Project management reports into this role.

This is not a support seat. You carry the CEO's authority, and you are answerable for whether the company's goals land.

What you will own
The goals land. Every department carries a goal and a date. You make sure both are stated plainly, understood the same way by everyone, and met.
Everything is system-driven. Every metric comes from a system — not a spreadsheet, and not someone's recollection. If a number cannot be pulled from a system, it is not a metric.
The operating cadence. Every function reports weekly. You set the rhythm, and what reaches the CEO is exceptions, not status.
Accountability across teams you do not manage. Telling a department head that a date is not going to hold is the job, not the hard part of it.




The organisation's shape. Where a seat is missing, or a role is defined so badly nobody could succeed in it.
Representing the company. With clients, partners, vendors and candidates — in writing and in person, carrying the CEO's reputation with you.

What is expected
Nothing reaches the CEO as information alone. What happened, what it means, what you are doing about it, and what you need.
Bring a recommendation, not options.
Every commitment carries a date. If a date is going to move, it is flagged before the date, not after.
We say plainly what we have and what we do not have — internally, to clients, and to candidates.
Routine work gets automated. AI tools and agents are the default answer to repetitive work, not the last resort.

This is not a coordination or executive-assistant role. No calendars, no inboxes, no diaries.
