Role Description The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a welcoming, skilled, and compassionate experience at the front desk. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting patients, managing check-in and check-out processes, answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, scheduling and confirming appointments, and coordinating patient flow within the clinic.



The role also involves handling basic clerical tasks such as maintaining records, managing patient forms, and supporting administrative procedures in line with hospital policies. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Drikveda Eye Hospital in Bengaluru, requiring consistent punctuality, reliability, and a strong focus on patient service.
