Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to lead and expand our Micro Banking Lending (MBL) operations within the designated region.



This role demands a strategic leader with a deep understanding of financial services, particularly in microfinance and small business lending. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
