Role Description The Spa Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at IOSIS centers in Mumbai. This role involves delivering professional spa and wellness services such as massages, facials, and body treatments in line with IOSIS protocols and hygiene standards. The Spa Specialist will consult with guests to understand their needs, recommend suitable treatments,



and provide a relaxing, safe, and high-quality experience. Daily responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, maintaining cleanliness and equipment, managing appointment schedules, and promoting IOSIS services and products when appropriate. The role also requires close collaboration with the wider spa team to ensure seamless operations and an excellent guest experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and create a welcoming and respectful environment for all guests.
Candidates should possess Cosmetology and Skin Care knowledge to perform treatments safely, identify basic skin concerns, and recommend suitable services and home-care products.
