We are looking for an ambitious and customer-obsessed Customer Success Manager to help our customers get maximum value from our growing SaaS portfolio.

The Prospect
This is not just a support role.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will own the customer journey—from onboarding and product adoption to engagement, retention, and renewal. You will build strong customer relationships, solve meaningful business challenges, and work closely with our Product, Sales, and Technology teams to create exceptional customer experiences.

What You Will Do
Own the customer journey from onboarding to renewal
Drive product adoption, engagement, and long-term customer success
Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders




Proactively identify and manage at-risk customers to reduce churn
Monitor customer usage, engagement, and success metrics
Conduct onboarding sessions, product training, and regular customer reviews
Partner with Product, Sales, Support, and Technology teams to solve customer challenges
Capture customer feedback and help influence product improvements
Identify opportunities for account growth, expansion, and renewals

What We Are Looking For
3–6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, SaaS, B2B Technology, or Client Relationship Management
Strong understanding of the SaaS customer lifecycle
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to analyse customer data and translate insights into action
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a quick-paced startup environment
Experience with CRM, Customer Success, or Saa
