Role Description The Territory Manager is a full-time, on-site role responsible for driving sales and market presence within the assigned geographic area. The role involves visiting distributors, retailers, and farming communities in and around Prayagraj to promote agrochemical products, conduct field demonstrations, and provide technical support on product usage and crop protection practices. The Territory Manager will plan and execute sales strategies, manage territory targets, monitor market trends,



and report on competitor activities and customer feedback. Daily tasks include maintaining solid relationships with channel partners and farmers, arranging promotional activities and farmer meetings, ensuring timely order booking and collection, and coordinating with internal teams for supply, marketing materials, and service support.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Science, or a related discipline is preferred.
Candidate must have 5 - 6 years of Experience.
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret market data, assess territory performance, and support informed business decisions.
Proficiency in Business Planning and Sales Operations to develop territory plans, and achieve sales targets.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with farmers, distributors, and internal stakeholders in a clear and supportive manner.
