SALES EXECUTIVE – REAL ESTATE

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive with minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to convert leads and site visits into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate and follow up on real estate leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
* Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable properties/projects.
* Arrange and conduct property site visits.
* Build strong relationships with prospective buyers.
* Follow up consistently with existing and potential customers.
* Negotiate and assist customers throughout the sales process.
* Coordinate with builders/developers and internal teams to close transactions.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and bookings.




* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
* Stay updated on Bangalore’s real estate market, projects, pricing, and offers.

Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
* Target-oriented and self-motivated.
* Good knowledge of Bangalore real estate is an advantage.
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
* Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
* Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
