Role Description The Product Manager / Product Owner — Ecommerce Automation & SaaS is a full-time, on-site role based in West Delhi. This role is responsible for defining product vision and roadmap for ecommerce automation and SaaS solutions, translating business needs into clear product requirements and user stories. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, engineering, and sales), prioritizing the product backlog,



and overseeing end-to-end implementation of new features and improvements. The role involves analyzing user behavior and product performance data, coordinating with stakeholders to refine requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality releases. The Product Manager / Product Owner will also support go-to-market activities, gather feedback from users and clients, and continuously optimize the product for scalability and efficiency.

What You'll Do
Own the product vision and roadmap for internal automation tools and customer-facing ecommerce SaaS products.
