Company Description Pinaka Green is an end-to-end green hydrogen solutions company that delivers protected, scalable hydrogen infrastructure for industrial applications. The organization combines deep engineering expertise, software-driven intelligence, and project development capabilities to build hydrogen production plants. Its team is led by experienced professionals and alumni from IIT Bombay, Mckinsey, Imperial London.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, working closely with the founders to drive project execution-related initiatives across Pinaka Green’s hydrogen solutions. The role involves supporting end-to-end planning and execution of manufacturing activities for hydrogen production plants, refueling systems, and related equipment, including coordination with engineering, supply chain, and project delivery teams.

Qualifications
Strong interest in manufacturing, production planning, and operations, preferably in energy, process industry, or heavy engineering environments.
Interest in green hydrogen, clean energy, and sustainability, with willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and standards.
