Role Description This is a full time, on-site Performance Marketing Manager role based in Thane. The Performance Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital channels such as search, social media, and marketplaces to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. The role involves managing campaign budgets,



setting performance benchmarks, tracking KPIs, and generating regular reports with actionable insights. The individual will collaborate with brand, creative, and product teams to align messaging, landing pages, and offers with performance goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include A/B testing ads and creatives, improving conversion rates, managing remarketing and retention campaigns, and staying updated on digital marketing trends relevant to organic and FMCG categories.
Qualifications

Strong performance marketing skills, including paid search, paid social, display advertising, and remarketing.
Proficiency in analytics and tracking tools, such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and basic data analysis in Excel or similar tools.
Experience in campaign strategy and optimization, including A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis.
