Job Brief:- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced skilled to join our Sales team at AU Small Finance Bank Limited as a Senior Relationship Officer specializing in Gold Loan products.
This role demands a strategic individual with deep knowledge of gold loan financing, customer relationship management, and sales expertise within the financial services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving gold loan portfolio growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships, assessing creditworthiness, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, managing risk, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance the bank's market presence and profitability.
Responsibilities:-
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to promote gold loan products and services.
Conduct thorough credit appraisals and risk assessments of gold loan applications in compliance with the bank’s policies and regulatory guidelines.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly gold loan disbursement target
