About the role:
We are looking for an Export Documentation Executive for our company who will be responsible for handling all Export and Shipping related Documentation in our Exports departments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle export documentation and records for shipments.
- Prepare and coordinate Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills, Bills of Lading, and other shipping documents.
- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs for smooth shipment processing.
- Schedule and coordinate containers and export shipments.
- Track shipment status and ensure timely submission of required documents.
- Maintain and update KYC and shipment-related records.
- Coordinate with banks regarding export documentation and BLC-related matters.
- Forward Bills of Lading and required shipping documents to clients and follow up for payments.
- Handle post-shipment documentation and export records.
- Ensure compliance with DGFT and other applicable export regulations.
- Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team for product sample shipments.
About You :
- You have strong base in the area of Export and Import documentation.
- Previous experience of 2 years working in a similar role is preferred
- Previous experience in a Manufacturing company is preferred
- Robust communication skills are necessary.
