Senior Proposal & Estimation Engineer – Pre-Sales

**Key Responsibilities**

* Review RFQs, tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications.

* Prepare **BOMs, I/O lists, cost estimates, and techno-commercial proposals**.

* Select **PLC, VFD, Servo, HMI, and electrical components**.

* Estimate and cost **LV Switchgear, MCC, VFD & PLC panels**.

* Coordinate with **customers, consultants, suppliers, and internal engineering teams**.

* Obtain vendor quotations, negotiate pricing, and identify cost-effective solutions.

* Handle technical clarifications, deviations, and customer requirements.

* Support sales with competitive costing and proposal preparation.

**Required Skills**





* Strong knowledge of **electrical control systems and automation**.

* Experience with **PLC, VFD, Servo & HMI** – Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider.

* Knowledge of **LV Switchgear, MCC, PLC & VFD panels**.

* Valuable understanding of **electrical drawings, IP ratings, NEC, NFPA, NEMA & IEEE**.

* Strong **estimation, costing, vendor negotiation, and communication skills**.

* Proficiency in **MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint**.

**Qualification**

* Degree/Diploma in **Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering**.

* **5+ years of relevant experience** in Proposal, Estimation, Costing, or Pre-Sales.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹48,119.98 per month
