Educational Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Animation, Digital Media, or any other relevant discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in graphic designing.
- Proficiency in the latest versions of:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- CorelDRAW
- Working knowledge of Adobe Flash/Animate and basic HTML will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, branding and visual communication.
- Experience in designing creatives for social media, websites, digital campaigns, presentations, brochures, posters, reports and other communication materials.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.
- Candidates must have a robust portfolio of previous design work.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative and engaging visual content for social media platforms, websites and digital campaigns.
- Develop posters, banners, brochures, flyers, presentations, reports, certificates and other promotional materials.




- Create graphics and visual assets in accordance with SANMAT's branding and communication guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Social Media Consultant, Program Manager and project teams to develop campaign creatives.
- Adapt designs into different formats and sizes for digital and print requirements.
- Edit and enhance images, photographs and other visual materials.
- Maintain consistency in fonts, colours, layouts and overall visual identity.
- Manage multiple assignments and ensure timely delivery of design outputs.
