- Analyze, manage, and maintain data accurately for business and reporting requirements.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and data management to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Handle and maintain data using CRM software and other data management tools.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and MIS as required.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, CRM systems, data analysis, and data handling.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
