Impresario is looking for a skilled and passionate Demi Chef De Partie (DCDP) to support the kitchen operations, assist the Chef de Partie, and ensure consistent quality and timely preparation of dishes as per set recipes and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Chef de Partie in day-to-day section operations (prep, cooking, plating)
- Prepare ingredients and dishes as per standard recipes and portion sizes
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the section as per FSSAI norms
- Support in stock checking, indenting, and minimizing wastage
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of orders during service
- Follow kitchen SOPs, safety standards, and storage guidelines
- Coordinate with other kitchen sections and service staff for smooth order flow
- Train and guide Commis chefs when required
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role in a restaurant/bar/QSR
- Basic to intermediate culinary skills; knowledge of Mexican/Latin cuisine a plus
- Ability to work under pressure during peak hours
- Positive understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety
- Team player, willing to work in shifts including weekends/holidays
Education: Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts preferred; relevant experience considered
