Job Title: Kitchen Helper

Job Summary:

We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Kitchen Helper to assist the kitchen staff with food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining overall kitchen hygiene. The candidate should be physically fit, disciplined, and willing to work in a fast-paced kitchen workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist cooks and chefs with basic food preparation.
- Wash, peel, cut, and chop vegetables and other ingredients.
- Clean and maintain kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas.
- Wash dishes, plates, containers, and other kitchen items.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Help with receiving, storing, and organizing food ingredients.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food items.
- Dispose of kitchen waste properly.




- Assist in loading and unloading kitchen supplies.
- Follow instructions given by the Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.
- Support the kitchen team during busy hours.
- Follow all food safety and workplace safety procedures.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food handling.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long working hours.
- Hardworking, punctual, and responsible.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
