- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Understand customer service requirements and complaints.
- Manage customer inquiries through WhatsApp.
- Create and update service job records.
- Coordinate with technicians for customer visits and repairs.
- Follow up with customers regarding estimates, repairs, pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain customer and service data in Excel/CRM.
- Track pending and completed service jobs.
- Collect customer feedback after service completion.
- Prepare daily service and customer follow-up reports.
