Position Overview The Post-Sales Executive will be responsible for managing all client interactions and documentation from the point of booking through to agreement registration and loan processing. This role ensures a smooth, transparent, and timely experience for clients after they have committed to a purchase, while coordinating closely with finance, legal, and banking partners. Key Responsibilities 1. Payment Follow-Up & Collection • Follow up with clients for booking demand money as per the payment schedule • Generate and share demand notices for the agreement stage • Generate and issue piling demand notices • Track pending payments and escalate delays to the sales/finance team 2. Receipts & Financial Documentation • Receive agreement money from clients and issue money receipts • Receive piling money from clients and issue money receipts • Maintain accurate records of all payments received and receipts issued • Reconcile collections with the accounts/finance department 3. Agreement Management • Coordinate the drafting and generation of the sale agreement • Liaise with the legal team to ensure timely agreement registration • Share a copy of the registered agreement with the client • Maintain a tracker of agreement status (drafted, registered, delivered) for each client 4. Home Loan Coordination • Assist clients in compiling and submitting required documents to banks/financial institutions for home loan processing • Coordinate with bank representatives/DSAs to resolve documentation queries • Follow up on loan disbursement status and update clients accordingly 5.
Client Relationship Management • Act as the primary point of contact for clients post-booking • Proactively update clients on payment due dates, agreement status, and loan progress • Address client queries/concerns promptly and professionally • Maintain a positive client experience to support referrals and repeat business 6. Reporting & Coordination • Maintain an updated MIS/tracker of all post-sales activities (demand raised, payments received, agreements registered, loan status) • Share periodic status reports with management • Coordinate with sales, legal, and accounts teams to resolve bottlenecks Key Skills & Competencies • Strong follow-up and coordination skills • Good understanding of real estate documentation and agreement processes • Basic knowledge of home loan procedures and bank documentation requirements • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) • Proficiency in MS Excel/Word and CRM tools • Attention to detail and strong record-keeping • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously Qualifications • Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Commerce/Business Administration) • 1–3 years of experience in real estate post-sales, CRM, or customer service (freshers with solid communication skills may also be considered) • Familiarity with real estate agreements, RERA norms, and home loan processes preferred Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Timeliness of demand generation and follow-up • Percentage of payments collected within due dates • Turnaround time for agreement registration and delivery • Loan document submission and approval turnaround • Client satisfaction/feedback scores
