We are looking for an Inside Sales / Sales Support Executive to join our team and support our sales and business development activities, primarily for the US market.
About the Role
We are looking for a well-organized, detail-oriented, and communicative individual who can work effectively with information, support sales activities, and communicate professionally when required.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Excel, have good attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. The ability to stay organized, manage information accurately, and work consistently in a team environment is significant for this role.
Skills & Experience Required
- 0–1 year of experience in sales support, inside sales, customer service, administration, business development, or a related field.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and comfort working with spreadsheets and data.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in day-to-day work.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage information systematically and keep records organized.
- Professional and confident communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and prospects when required.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with the internal team.
- Prior calling or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word , is preferred.
